Step 3 - Instrument Panel

Now here is the part in this chapter that I couldn't stop working on. Lots of little curves in little places and fun stuff to fiddle with and get perfect. HOWEVER - once you look over the plans and other peoples planes you realize that most of them get covered up.... OH well.... at least I know it's right.

This is actually the last piece that I finished in the chapter. All those little cable-run / stiffeners on the back caused me to dread it for some reason. It actually wan't too tough once I got started. I covered a 1inch square piece of wood that I made on the ole tablesaw and covered it with duct-tape. I then was able to lay the cloth over on that so that I got a nice straight tray and hardened layup.
