For those of you wondering what has been going on lately with the plane project.... not much. The project is temporarily on hold. I am currently working on a masters degree and am finding out that my current goals (finish airplane, get masters & keep working) don't really work well together. I'll work on it when I get time but updates to the airplane section of the site (see right) are going to slow down for the time being until one of the following happens:
1) I get way more efficient.
2) I get that disorder that John Travolta had in that movie where he read something once and remembered it forever. (I have tried banging my head on a wall.... I'm getting nothing at this point but I'll keep you updated on the progress here)
3) I win the lottery and no longer have to work and can easily fit 30 hours of studying a week into my plane building schedule. (again... long odds)
4) The underware gnomes convert to airplane gnomes and finish my plane in the night while I sleep. (I'll ask em but they're so tough to catch.)
Yes it's sad and no I don't get my garage back... Still filled with airplane, but It will get finished. I suppose it's ok. It gives me more time to save for that engine. :-) Oh yeah!!! |
